By using the KUB website or mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Services

KUB provides premium esports lounge facilities, gaming stations, bar and lounge services. The app allows you to browse availability, make reservations, and manage your account.

Bookings & payments

Reservations are subject to availability. Cancellation policies are displayed in the app. You are responsible for confirmed bookings.

Acceptable use

Respect other guests and KUB staff
Do not damage equipment or premises
Do not use the app for unlawful purposes
Follow venue rules for gaming and lounge areas

Accounts

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Limitation of liability

KUB is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
